Unlike partner dancing, each person dances individually but in sync with the group. It’s often performed to country music but can be adapted to various genres, making it versatile and fun for everyone.

Great Exercise: Line dancing is a fun, low-impact way to get moving. You’ll improve your coordination, balance, and stamina while dancing to your favorite tunes. It’s even great exercise while pregnant! Ask our instructor Joslyn. Always consult your doctor first though.
Stress Relief: Dancing is a proven stress-buster! The music, movement, and social aspect help to lift your mood, making line dancing a great way to unwind after a busy day.
